"We wanted to serve cask ales in the lobby of a hotel at our awards ceremony. We knew of Filton by reputation, rang them and that was it. One of their team was on site to monitor the temperature of the casks even producing a written report and tasting notes on each one. The package comprising the Cask Cooling Probe, Insulating Jacket, Wooden Rack and all the accessories was easy to assemble, looked great and crucially kept the cask ales at an even temperature of 11C.
